If you have recently joined Tickit, someone from our team contacted you about setting up a project kickoff. Most of the information below is covered in this meeting but we wanted you to also have access to it here as well.
How to access Tickit
Accessing Tickit is easy through any web browser on any device. Just follow the steps below to access your account.
Setup your first survey
Once you meet with our team, we will work with you to define your first patient survey and your goals. Our team of qualified Customer Success reps will review your questionnaires and aid you with question format and answers. We will load your survey to Tickit and you can send any required changes to our team as needed.
Installing Tickit on your tablet or other device
Once you get access to Tickit and you have your first survey setup, there a few steps you will want to take to get Tickit loaded on your device. Adding Tickit to a tablet like an iPad or Android device helps your patients to easily fill out the survey in your waiting room.
Here are the steps you will want to follow to setup your tablet:

- How to enable Kiosk or Standard Mode on your device
