At point of care, a Tickit device can be activated in Kiosk or Standard mode.
Remote control and check in features can still be used to push certain surveys to the tablets with either Kiosk or Standard mode on. Remote control or check in will override Kiosk and Standard mode. Step by Step Guide
1) Login to the Tickit® Dashboard.
2) In order to enable Kiosk mode or Standard mode, navigate to the SETTINGS on the top right corner and click on DEVICES.
On this page, find the chosen device. STANDARD or KIOSK will indicate which mode the device is currently using. In order to change this click on MANAGE.
3) Here you can click on the check box to turn on KIOSK mode. Make sure to select a survey that you want for the kiosk mode. Once you have selected your desired survey, click on SAVE on the bottom of the page.
