Tickit’s account segregation functionality allows for the separation of an individual or a group of individuals from a larger group. This is often used to apply special treatment to the separate individual or group. Account segregation can also involve the separation of data sets from a larger group. Surveys can be populated (pushed or pulled) from the company/organization account (parent) into individual sub-accounts (child/children).
Tickit® functionality to create a hierarchical tree allows for sub-accounts (child/children) underneath a parent account. It can also separate data collection among each account while allowing the parent to be able to view data, and manage users, devices, system settings for all associated children accounts.
As a parent account user, you will see an account column (a) on the table, which indicates the account a submission belongs to. There is also an account drop-down (b) which allows you to filter specific account(s).
As a parent account user, you may choose to export data of any associated child accounts and/or your account.
