*At point of care, a Tickit device can be activated in Kiosk or Standard mode.
Devices with the Kiosk mode enabled are generally placed in certain places with a satisfaction survey attached. The device will be loaded with a single survey, and people can start a survey by touching the screen.
Note: You can still send selected survey(s) from the Tickit dashboard to a Kiosk device.
Devices with Standard mode enabled are meant to be moved around. With Standard mode, you can either enter an identifier and start an authorized survey directly from the devices, or you can send survey(s) from the Tickit dashboard via the Send survey feature.
How to set a device to Kiosk mode
1) Log in to Tickit dashboard, and go to the Devices tab on side menu bar.
2) Find a target device and click on the Manage button to bring up the device setting modal.
3) All devices are set to Standard mode by default. Click on the Make device a kiosk checkbox to enable Kiosk mode.
*You can only load 1 survey to Kiosk devices.
