Sending surveys is available to Superusers, Clinical administrators, Health professionals, and MOA admin.
The send survey feature allows you to send survey(s) to an authorized device. In this feature, you can:
a) Attach a patient identifier to the submission.
b) Select an available authorized device.
c) Select necessary survey(s).
*Depending on how your account is set up, you may send multiple surveys at once (read more about Survey queuing here).
d) Set up completion notification contact.
*The selected contact will receive an email after patient submits the survey(s).
*The contact must be assigned as the Care provider in Users.
e) Set up the Safety alert contact.
*The selected contact will receive an email if any suicidal response is selected.
*By default, it goes to the contact set in System, but you can change it to another contact if necessary.
f) If you just want to play around with the platform or if you want to test your survey, you can mark your submission as a test by checking the Mark as test checkbox. Your submission will be separated from real submissions.
g) Click on the Send button to send survey(s) to the device.
h) You will see the selected survey(s) showing up on the device.
