The survey queuing feature allows you to set up a series of surveys for a patient to complete in one session without having to re-enter their ID information. Following the directions below, you can customize each “survey set” for your patients according to your clinical requirements. On patient/student/client side, they will be informed about how many surveys they need to complete at the beginning. They will also be notified when a survey is completed, and then they'll move onto the next survey seamlessly.
Note: Survey queuing is only available via Send survey feature.
1) Log in to the Tickit dashboard and go to the Send survey tab on the side menu bar.
2) Fill in the necessary fields on the form. Required fields include Patient identifier, target Device, and Survey.
3) Select the surveys from the Survey dropdown.
*The survey queue order matches the selection order. Click on the "x" icon to remove a survey from the queue.
4) Click on the Send button to send selected surveys.
